How to Embed Flash Video into PowerPoint


Want to embed flash video into your PowerPoint? Actually, Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 and 2010 includes the built-in function that lets you to embed flash SWF file to your PPT presentation easily. The below step-by-step guide will show you how to do it:

Step 1: Open your PPT presentation and go to the page which you need to embed flash video to. Open PowerPoint options and select the “Show Developer Tab in the Ribbon” option.

Step 2: Click the “Developer Tab” icon and select the “Shockwave Flash Object” from the appeared window.

Step 3: Draw a rectangle on the PPT canvas, right click on it and select the “Properties”. Then, type the location of the SWF files in the Movie Property.
